Just read an interesting blog post, link listed below, about mind over matter. How many times have you said "I can't" when it comes to fitness? Changing your mind to "I can" will help you achieve what you want. I can't is really more like "i don't want to." Many a client and i have had discussions about using your brain when it comes to fitness. It's a bit like the little engine that could... think you can, and you WILL! What do you think?
