During this lovely flu season, i just wanted to take a moment to chat about staying well. Good nutrition and a good exercise program... and, of course, healthy doses of sleep are the three best things to keeping yourself healthy. I think that my relative imperviousness to illness is due to the fact that I have very little interaction with other people. I'm such a recluse that I have little opportunity to contract any communicable diseases from others. However, once I get on a plane and get exposed to a new environment, I become much more vulnerable.
